“Rush Tennis”

Rush tennis, designed by OTR, is the newest and most exciting way to get fit whilst playing tennis.

It’s perfect for any player that wants an extra kick out of their session on court, without having to worry about technical obstacles.

It is challenging, different, fun and effective.

Music will be played throughout the session.

  • 8-9am every Wednesday at HKTC.
  • Sessions last 45 minutes and include a dynamic warm up and a cool down, as well as a stretching session.
  • Minimum 4 players maximum 10.
  • 150$/ person or 1350/ 10 sessions
  • Breakdown of Rush Tennis-
  • 5 minute dynamic warm up
  • 15 minute lateral movement drills, split into 3 sections without any break.
  1. Specific side to side pattern – forehand, backhand, forehand, backhand.
  2. Repetitive movement to one side only
  3. Random lateral movement
  • 2 minute water break
  • 15 minute forwards/backwards movement drills, split into 3 sections without any break.
  1. Forehand/backhand diamond specific pattern
  2. Repetitive movement on one side only (forehands for example)
  3. Scramble drills
  • 2 minute water break
  • 2 minute cool down
  • 4 minute stretch

BALLS WILL BE PICKED UP WHENEVER THE BASKETS ARE EMPTY WITHOUT A BREAK
