NOTES:

Matches will be 1 Pro set – sudden death deuce
5 point Tiebreak 6 games all
Winners of this event will receive all expenses paid trip to Gemdale Academy (Shenzhen) To represent Hong Kong in a 3-day event vs cities from Mainland China, Macau, Taiwan, Indonesia, and Malaysia
Winners / Runner Up will receive trophies

Please make sure to sign up for the correct group class. There will be an administration fee of 20% of signup fee for any incorrect groups that are signed up for or a withdrawal of a group.

By signing up for a group you are taking the spot and stopping anyone else from signing up (if the group is full)

This fee will only be waived if you withdraw from one group and sign up for another group.

Make up classes are at the sole discretion of OTR Tennis Asia Ltd. We will do our best to accommodate make up classes for missed lessons, but cannot guarantee spaces each time. Make up lessons will only be available if there is space in a similar level group.

Refunds are not given for missed classes and rained out lessons. Rained out lessons at HKTC, Manhattan & HKIS during the term group classes and camp lessons will have scheduled make-up lessons as emailed by admin or on public holidays.

Students will be notified by email when make-up lessons are scheduled.

Private lesson cancellation policy – Please note full lesson fee will be charged if lessons are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. To cancel a lesson, please contact your coach directly.
